Returns & Refund Policy

At PrimeTech Distributors LLC, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@primetechdistributorsllc.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photos or videos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Customized or special-order products
Discontinued items
Products that are opened, used, or intentionally damaged
Returns not related to manufacturing defects may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order once the return is approved.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team with your order details. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Promotional discounts are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 5 business days after approval, please contact us with your order details, and our team will assist you promptly.
